Sorry for lack of news here the past year but I got on a roll. In the past 2 years since coming back to the U.S., I have worked on over 25 Film and TV projects in any capacity from PA to Actor to Executive Producer and everything in between. I am now focusing more on Acting, Producing and Casting. For those involved with the SAG experimental film Ashtide last year, we are nearing completion so stay tuned for 2006 film festivals. I am currently working on three projects below, “Downtime”, “Dirty Copz” and “Booger.” Also, I am still enrolled at the Professional Actors Studio in Atlanta. I studied under Nick Conti for almost 2 years. I am now studying IMPROV under Brian Chapman from Whole World Theatre. My agent is SAG franchised agent Arlene Wilson.

September 2005 I am an actor in the short film "Booger" by Out of the Cage Productions which will be fun to do. Very fun and creative film! Also, I am playing the role of Dave in the feature film by Rob Tiffin called "Downtime" and one of our actors is Larry Holden from “Batman Begins”, “Memento”, and “Insomnia!” I met him this weekend and he is really cool and an awesome actor. His wife Hanna is very nice and supportive too. All of us had lots of fun Friday night, 2 September 05 as the first two scenes were completed.

August 2005 I am Associate Producer on Silver Screen Studios third film “Dirty Copz” which will wrap in Sept 2005. I cast some Principal Roles (Captain Meeks, Lawyer, Old Man, Grandpa, Boyfriend, and Girlfriend) and also did Extras Casting of 25 actors for two scenes (pool scene and casino/gambling scene). I have an actor role also in this film playing TEK, the computer techie guy who assists the cops.

July 2005 Screened "CONCRETE BROWN" at the 48 Hour Film Fest in Atlanta! We won one of the three audience awards for the night and will screen our film in BEST OF ATLANTA in Sept 2005 which is the ten best films in the fest. Congrats to the awesome cast and crew of over 70+ people who came together in a team effort! Shun Jester was Producer and Eric Bomba Ire was Director. I was Associate Producer, 1st AD, and Casting Director. Awesome actors included Valentine, Constantine Varazo, Jyn Hall, Frank Warlick, Darius Truly, Brandon Duke and Emma Page! That is just to list a few.
Also, awesome editing by Knighttyme Studios!!

Wow, it has been a busy few weeks since I last updated! I will update by the week and not the day:

Week (19-25 April 04)

Acting class as always on Monday nights with Nick Conti. Also, had two auditions for two films this week including one film by Richard LeParmentier from "Star Wars" fame. You can see his web site at www.admiralmotti.com

Also, met with my acting scene partner Ted this week as we started on acting showcase cycle again. We are doing a funny piece from "Raising Arizona." I play the role of High and Ted is Glenn. In the movie, Nicholas Cage played High.

On Saturday night, went with fellow actors, Lisa, Liz, Thomas, Debbie, and the Basement Theatre Improv Comedy show near Chastain Park. This is a new theatre which seats around 30-40. Real fun night! I recommend you check it out.

Week (26 April - 2 May 04)

Monday night acting class perfomed first night of prepared work. Went real well with Ted. We were basically already off book, in costume, with props.

On 27 April, worked second day on SAG feature "First Offense." Got to meet Corben Bernsen from LA Law and Major League. Real nice actor. We filmed all day on set at a restaurant in midtown. Met some real good people that day!

Also, found out that I was cast in a recurring principal role for "The Spirit Has Spoken" from Stronghold Ministries. I will play the role of Coach Dye, the College Basketball coach! Real excited about this project.

1 May went to the Actor Expo and had a blast seeing everyone and making new friends and contacts!

2 May Had two feature film auditions- "Corruptors" and "Call of the Dead." Woud love to work on one or both of these films.

3 May- Nick Conti acting class. Improv night.

19 April 04 Nick Conti Actor Studio class

18 April 04 Played bar patron on SAG Feature film “First Offense.” We filmed at Soho Restaurant in Vinings. We went to the first roof top location which did not work out so we had to change locations. I am so glad we did because the second location near Auburn Ave offered a beautiful view of Atlanta and was a great location. The weather was perfect and we spent a couple hours on the roof top. My scene was a very emotional scene and for me I needed to try to stay in this state almost the whole time I was up there. Did not realize how draining that was until I got home and went right to sleep. Special thanks to John Cornetta for showing up even though he had a very busy schedule and enjoyed working with Nas, Ariannne, Dwayne and working with John (crew), Yolanda, Yvette, and the rest. Thanks for the awesome experience.

22 March 04 Was on Robert Townsend' set at The Atrium in Atlanta yesterday for over 12 hours. I stood in line all night for "The Apprentice 2" auditions. Did not sleep a wink but still enjoyed the experience with 700 of my closest friends. I was number 6 in line. I got there around 1pm on Friday afternoon. Was interviewed by 11 Alive News on Friday night. Then the next day around 0830 they handed out the bracelets and started the interviews after that. The actual interview was interesting. They brought 15 people in at a time and asked one question. Our question was about business ethics. Then we all had to argue our point over everyone else trying to be heard. We had about 10 minutes and then it was over. Did not get a call back but still will always remember the really cool people and some not-so cool people (you know who you are)that I met.

20 March 2004 I was just cast in a Principal role in Robert Townsend's upcoming television pilot "Thug Angels," which is produced by Major Broadcasting Cable Network (MBC), Atlanta based premiere urban media cable network with over 11 million viewers. Went to Evander Holyfield's house for rehearsal with Robert Townsend.
